Seekinga Regional Sales and Training Manager for the Edwardsville area. We are notlooking for someone who wants to be in sales their whole life. We are lookingfor a leader who will show and grow and groom a sales team.

HeartlandHeritage is looking to IMMEDIATELY hire 1-2 business-minded individuals to helpgrow a new agency in the Edwardsville area. We are a successful and drivenagency with offices in 5 states (IL, TX, OK, IN and MO.) We train our partnersto sell at a high level while building and managing multi-million dollaragencies.

Ourcompany has been going and growing by leaps and bounds since 1989. We are inthe supplemental benefits and insurance business. In summary, we protectfamilies' financial wellbeing during a physical crisis, such as cancer, heartattack, stroke, accident, hospitalization and loss of life. Where healthinsurance keeps hospitals, doctors and pharmaceutical companies in business, wekeep families in business by paying them directly when tragedy strikes. Ourindustry growth has allowed our company to flourish and with that comesexpansion.

Ourcompany strives to source and seek out individuals who truly care about thefamilies that we protect. We are not looking for those individuals who seekonly their own financial gain. In our industry and in our company, there ismuch financial gain to be had, but protecting and educating families is at theheart of everything we do.

Weare looking for someone who is outgoing; a natural leader; has a past trackrecord of success; has an entrepreneurial mindset; wants to make a positive andlasting impact in life, and wants to get paid what they're worth. We are alsolooking for one who is interested to move into a regional management positionwithin 3-6 months (average income for regional managers is $125k+.)

Directsales experience is a plus, but not required. First-year avg. compensationbased on a 40 hr per week work schedule is $65,000-90,000, not includingmonthly bonuses and paid vacations

Compensationis base + commissions

Experiencein our field is not necessary to work with our company. We offer a phenomenaltraining program that consists of both comprehensive classroom and in-fieldtraining. Your success is our number 1 goal.
