Background
At Army Picatinny Arsenal, NJ the Soldier Weapons (SW) program supports soldiers through the enhancement of current systems and development of next generation weapons technology. The organization focuses on ensuring soldiers are equipped with world-class weapon systems and associated target acquisition/fire-control products. Two Product Managers execute the mission of PM SW.
The Product Manager Soldier Weapon (PMSW) program is responsible for current and future rifles, carbines, subcompact weapons, pistols, suppressors, shotguns, grenade launchers, airburst weapon systems, and their related target acquisition/fire control products, accessories, and support equipment. IW efforts include: Squad Fire Control, Counter Defilade Target Engagement Weapon Systems, XM17 Modular Handgun, M320 Grenade Launcher Module (GLM), Grenade Sighting System (GSS), M4/M4A1, and the Soldier Enhancement Program (SEP).
Product Manager Crew Served Weapons (PM CSW) is responsible for current and future light, medium, and heavy machine guns, grenade machine guns, precision weapons systems, remote weapons stations, and ground mounts. In addition, it is responsible for their related target acquisition and fire-control products, binoculars, and in the management of Non-Standard Weapons acquisition in support to Foreign Military Sales (FMS). CSW efforts include: Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) M153, M107, M119, M1020, M151 Spotting Scope, XM157 Fire Control, and Compact Semi-Automatic Sniper System (CSASS).
PM SW products are crucial to the success of the American soldier on the battlefield.
General Requirement
Provide support to Product Manager Crew Served Weapons (PM CSW) which is responsible for current and future light, medium, and heavy machine guns, grenade machine guns, precision weapons systems, remote weapons stations, and ground mounts. In addition, it is responsible for their related target acquisition and fire-control products, binoculars, and in the management of Non-Standard Weapons acquisition in support to Foreign Military Sales (FMS). CSW efforts include: Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS).
Essential Functions

Provide program acquisition recommendations, program coordination and guidance to support the decision-making process for PM SW Product Directors.
Attend and lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, provide research, analyses, and reviews.
Review and provide comments on reports and prepare original acquisition documents.
Provide pbuse and lmp coordination. This includes support to pm csw and remote weapon systems, such as crows.

Providing planning, coordination, and asset request calculations support to lethality accessory fielding to pm csw, and its business partners, and make recommendations to the crows product support lead.

Fielding support includes planning, coordinating, and tracking accessories to army units. Support also includes pbuse coordination and monitoring and coordinating pbuse open lateral transactions

Trouble shooting pbuse issues, open lateral transfers, and preparing monthly reports to the crows product support lead. Contractor shall also provide asset tracking for all remote weapon systems, such as crows, equipment, parts, and support equipment.
Requirements

Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may berequired before starting
